Please note that late entry is not permitted for meditation classes, whether online or in person. Arriving early allows you to settle into a comfortable seating position and ensures the class remains undisturbed for everyone.

Mindfulness is the practice of staying present and fully engaged in the moment, whether you’re meditating or doing everyday activities. Meditation is a structured practice that often builds mindfulness but can include other techniques, like visualization or mantra repetition.

No experience is needed! Our classes are beginner-friendly and adaptable to all levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.

Just wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. We provide some seating options, but feel free to bring your own cushion or bolster if you prefer.

Up to you! We have different seating options available, including cushions on the floor or on the chairs provided.

Absolutely! We offer a free introductory session for new clients so you can experience our approach and see if it’s the right fit for you.

We understand that life happens! Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your session will receive a full refund or credit. Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours of the session cannot be refunded.
