Led by Sithara, AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates practitioner and Diploma-certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher registered with Meditation Australia, each session is grounded, supportive and carefully tailored to the people in the room.

I created State of Harmony as a calm, supportive space where people could step away from the pressure of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.
Whether you’re here for pain, strength, stress relief, meditation or deep rest, my approach is gentle, practical and personalised. You do not need to arrive with experience or confidence — just a willingness to pause, breathe and be supported.
As a senior physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates practitioner and Diploma-qualified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher registered with Meditation Australia, I bring together clinical movement and restorative wellbeing practices to support both body and mind.

Sacred Sunday Immersion
A 90-minute small-group experience with mindful movement, meditation and sound bowls for self-connection, reflection and renewal.
Return to Harmony
A 75-minute Sunday evening Yoga Nidra and sound experience for deep rest, stillness and nervous-system regulation.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided deep relaxation practice designed to support profound rest without needing to “switch off” or empty the mind.
